Cloaking devices in Dark Avatar

Can someone give me the intel of cloaking devices in Dark Avatar? Here are a few questions that have or many of you might have that can be related ...

1. Do we research the right technology and is it available to all the civilizations?

2. Is it available to be installed on any type of a ship or only attack ships?

3. What is the function of the cloaking device and what is its advantages?

4. Can the cloaking device be countered?

They don't exist. Not sure where you would have heard they did.

Ok then how can I delete the post, I feel uncomfortable having a post that has nothing to do with the game and confuse people.
