Problems I've seen in beta 4, including one crash

Sorry to be posting this so late in the 1.1 beta cycle. I'm just playing my third game and am taking notes this time. All save one (so noted) should be easily reproducible; let me know if not.

Crash:
1. Moving rally points works at first, but then it reliably crashes the game, particularly trying to position the rally points on planets. Already reported via SmartException.

Problems:
2. When gifting military ships to minor races, the ships never move; they always have 0 movement left.
3. After a colony ship has reached a planet via auto-pilot, clicking "Build Ship" from the colony management screen continues the auto-pilot movement in the background while simultaneously displaying (and sometimes interrupting/canceling) the build ship screen.
4. When using the starship rally point governor to change rally points, any changes do not immediately affect ships on auto-pilot. What happens is that the game then attempts to cycle through the auto-pilot ships, but the Turn/Skip button is hidden, so the player needs to hit the Space bar on each one for that turn to complete the cycle. The ships move normally the following turn.
5. In the ship designer, the component sizes listed often don't reflect reality. Actually placing a component shows less space used by that component than is listed. I'm guessing that this may be due to the effects of having researched miniaturization, but if so, shouldn't the displayed component sizes reflect that?
6. Also in the ship designer, the components are ordered haphazardly, sometimes alphabetically, and sometimes by tech. Shouldn't they be displayed consistently in descending order of technology -- newest at the top?
7. In the ship yard, after selecting user designs and deleting or obsoleting one of the designs, the list then displays all remaining ship designs, even though it should display only remaining user designs.
8. Industrial Sector (for example) is apparently supposed to supercede Enhanced Factory. However, they both appear on the build screen.
9. Same issue for the Neutrality Learning Center and the Research Academy (for example), though this is a bit of a different case. However, shouldn't the latter automatically upgrade to the former?
10. This may be hard to reproduce, but late in my game, a planet of another race rebelled and joined my civ, and I discovered that two starports had been built on it. However, after demolishing one, I was unable to build any ships there, and after I demolished the other, I was unable to build another starport -- starport didn't appear on the list of available projects.
11. Minor races fill up their starports with scouts, constructors, and freighters, leaving no room for military ships.
12. I don't know if this is intentional, but many AI races don't build industrial buildings on Beginner level.
13. All screens containing lists reposition the list to the beginning after a selection is made. Speaking for myself, it would be far better if they retained the current selection.
14. The Assign Rally Point list is not sorted alphabetically. I wish it were.

Perception:
15. I'm a beginning player, but Beginner level seems way too easy. I can't imagine how much less difficult the two easier levels could possibly be.

Admittedly, some of these are cosmetic. I've also noticed some typos from time to time. Should they be reported as well?

Nope. The NLC is a completely different line of tech. It is a class by itself. That is why both lines are still present to build after it is researched.

The Research Acadamies will upgrade to the Invention Matrix then to the Discovery Sphere, but as far as I know that is as far as they go in that branch.

The NLC is one of the first techs I go for since it has the highest research value (22) of any of them, and is cheaper also. Once those start going in the research goes incredibly fast.
