Hey,
I just noticed that there is no way to make a suggestion to the council or to remove a current UP law. I noticed this when the UP decided to cap starbases at 1 module, which... annoys me a lot. Later when I got the concil voting on my side it would have been nice to have them repeal it, or the option to repeal any law.
Does this make sense?
