Some stats:

Between Tuesday and Wednesday I wrote 32 posts and 91 responses.

Other people from Stardock did similar levels of responses. I don't have Thursday's numbers but they were probably the same level.

Today, Friday, nearly everyone was drafted to package and ship out boxes. We have *several thousand* boxes (try to visualize what that would look like) that had to be put in packages and sent out at once.  Everyone, even our in-house attorney, spent the day packing boxes and taking them to the post office.

That is, with the exception of the people working on today's game update.

One thing to bear in mind is that not everyone people say is a bug is a bug. Sometimes, people claim something is a bug simply because they either don't like a feature or they don't understand a feature.

Case in point: You claimed starbase modules don't work.  Yes they do.  Attack Assist and Defense Assist, for instance, do what they claim they do. They Assist your ships in those areas. But the ships have to have something to be assisted. If the ship has no weapons (or no defenses) then there's nothing to defend.

Now, we can debate whether that's clear enough or whether that' s a good idea, but that doesn't make it a bug.

Also, many times users simply don't read the sticky topics which is where the dev team and support put their time.  Should the people who follow the instructions be penalized so that people who make the zillionth "Game CTDs on my video card with 3 year old drivers" get immediate care?

Anyway, the point is, we read the posts and make notes. We can't always respond and today we've been trying to send out boxes to the people who don't have the game yet.
