Oh and my username is a second one because despite my licensing email telling me my username is Aeternavi, I cannot log into it as it both says that the username is invalid yet it's already taken.
I purchased a 5 computer Start11 key 2 years ago. It will not activate telling me the key I am copy/paste from this site is invalid. It will not let me do the login option telling me I didn't purchase it, yet I am staring at the purchase in front of me. This site is absolutely poor to navigate and the link hopping I had to do just to get to this point is unacceptable. CONTACT US should mean that.
