The autohiding taskbar issue on second monitors is an ongoing issue on all the 22000.xxx builds. Apparently they have fixed this on the 225xxx.xxx branches, but they have not ported the code to the older builds. It is quite annoying, as that would mean we'd have to wait a year to see this fixed, as the release cadence now is just that. The workaround for this is to move the mouse anywhere to the bottom of the hidden taskbar, and right click. That will force the taskb
