I'm having this problems as well. I am running Cursor FX 2.16 and Win10 Pro 64 bit. Cursor works great except when hovering over the Start menus system. It fades BEHIND the window however, the icons/menus do highlight and are clickable, you just lose the cursor visibly. It looks like the cursor is behind the window. Besides that it functions fine. Very annoying to say the least.

When attempting to download any skin, theme, sound package, etc. Stardock Central lswitches over to the Download area but then indicates it is "redirecting" but never gets there. Just sits redirecting but never downloads. This happens with everything I attempt to download.
