I've re-posted the topic in the Report Thread as mentionned. As I said, re-installation works fine. It's just that it shouldn't happen ! The update is so called because you normally don't have to do a fresh install each time the software is updated, right ?
Hello, a couple of weeks ago, I had lost all my fences when updating and now, with the new update, same issue: all my fences are lost. My backups are useless since it doesn't work anyway when putting the files back into Fences folder ! (exact same issue as last time) VERY annoying. I'm a bit fed up with this ! Can't you make an update program that works fine ?!! I have to reinstall it and recreate all my fences, for the 2nd time !!!
Thanks! But I prefer not to install beta versions! After a couple of times, the context menu option 'Activate Fences' finally worked but the 3 fences I had created were empty ! And all other icons on my desktop that were not part of any fence have disappeared!! I've uninstalled Fences today (and purged the files as mentionned in the link provided) and I'm going to re-install it. I'm back as soon as it'll be done to give feedback...

Hello, I've updated Fences to latest version (3.1.0.5) and I've lost all my fences !!! I had a backup that I've copied back to the Fences folder (C:\Users\MyUserName\AppData\Local\Stardock\Fences3) but nothing happened: my fences are still missing !! How do I get them back ? Hello, I've created 2 Quicklaunch Docks: on the 1st dock, running indicators are showing up as expected since I set the parameter for it, but on the 2dn dock, they never show up... Why is that? PS: Windows 10 - Graphic drivers up to date.
