Hello Basj! I tried again with these steps, now using PowerToys 0.19.2, but the problem persists. I really would like to buy the software, but I'm waiting for a solution for this problem.
Set up Fences to move over desktop icons without interact with them or displace them. Very useful in multi monitor systems.
For some reason, when Fences is installed, randomly the desktop background start to become black, as if the mouse cursor and Fence's screen were a brush in a drawing application.
