Hello, I am using Multiplicity to connect 3 different PCs. 1 Primary 2 secondary. I have this same setup on 100 plus workstations. 1 of these workstations the Multiplicity connects but when you move to that screen and start working after about 10 sec. it disconnects and freezes. I have uninstalled and reinstalled but still the same issue. I opened a ticket but just get referred to this forum.
Hello, I am able to make a connection to the secondary workstation in the Multiplicity Seamless Window. The Secondary workstation shows up as solid. However, the mouse will not move to the secondary workstation. Any ideas? Thank you, Hans My email is n3957@lapd.online

Thank you for your response, team. When I went to https://store.stardock.com/myaccount/products , I saw the license key there. Is there a display where I can see the entire list of workstations so I can take the inactive ones offline?
Hello, We purchased a total of 175 Multiplicity licenses. At any given time there are 166 workstations using Multiplicity in our control center. From time to time, we replace a workstations 1 for 1. We received an error message, " Unable to activate Multiplicity. This product key has exceeded the number of allowed activations". Can you show me the steps to deactivate a license, which would allow us to activate Multiplicity on a replacement works
