Let's leave the laggy behavior aside, and focus on the fact that icons are being moved from a collapsed fence on drag?

i'm Using Windows 10 Enterprise 1909 (OS Build 18363.752) Fences Version 3.0.9.11 This video is beeing speed up to be 10 seconds and i'm just dragging my mouse over a collapsed fence. Doing so it moves icons from the collapsed fence outside. Also it's hard to see in this exact video the dragging behavior is laggy.,
The issue on the title can be observed in the following video:
Another issue i faced is this. I Game a lot. And because i'm playing Counter Strike which is a competitive game, we really don't care about the looks and the resolution of the game. Having 2 4k Monitors, i'm downscaling the game to 1080p. Here comes the issue. As soon i exit the game (alt + tab) or whatever, which causes the system to change the resolution again. Fences get screwed. Even if i'm painstakingly aligning them to the top and having a specific size, after the resolution change to 1
So i was experimenting lately with Fences, and faced some lack of features that would be nice if they were implemented. 1) When i'm trying to place a fence on top of my screen as soon i reach the top part , it does not snap, instead the title moves to the bottom and then it will snap. And it leaves you trying to perfectly align the Top title with the top of the screen. It would be nice to be a snap first on the title, and then if you move further to drop down the title and snap on
