I took a snapshot on my old computer. I deactivated Fences on my old computer. I installed Fences on my new computer, activated it with my license code. Posts say that my snapshot should be available. It is not. My snapshots are not showing today's snapshot so I can restore it. Any ideas? I would really rather not have to start over again. The issue resolved itself after about 5 reboots!! Thank you for your reply. They are the same models, brand. I did compare settings on the old and the new and they were the same. Now it looks as it should. Thanks again for he quick reply. Francine

I just restored a snapshot from one laptop to another (Windows 10). All settings are the same, but there is a lot of space between each of the shortcut icons compared to my other laptop. I have done a Refresh and played with some Fences settings, but it is not resolving the issue. I cannot seem to reduce the space between each of the icons. Any help would be appreciated. Yes, I am experiencing the same symptoms. I am using Windows 10 and for a while, all was okay, but in the last month, I am experiencing freezes, the screen goes blank and has to re-render itself. All icons disappear. Tonight, Fences produced a message saying it became unstable and it had to close and to Enable it again, so I did and within seconds it happened again. I do have network drives and do understand the above possible solution, but since we don't back things
