I just found that when I check the box for "Never Use per pixel borders on a skin" option it fixed everything but I lost the transparency, any other thoughts?

I'm having the same problem on my laptop with a 2 monitor setup. Any skin that uses some sort of transparency in the title bar or borders will paint over top of my mouse (and sometimes other windows). Is there a fix for this?
