These two forces make the game just about unplayable in my view the privites are almost unbeatable and the Jagged knife makes building up planets a waste of time if you are just going to lose them it is hard enough fighting the ovther civilizations , If the pirites where reassonble opponets that would be different. And why is it in Champain mode all your opponets start with large or huge hulls. I think the first GalCiv was more even balanced.
