Thanks Neil Banfield! That worked! Title bar now gets skinned correctly. :) Vertical scrollbar still isn't skinned but I can live with that one, I will pretty much now buy the windows blinds once my trial ends.

Seems that opera isn't rendering with success. I'm thinking in buying windows blinds but this is troubling me. Anyone got theirs skins applied correctly to opera?
