Hello, Sorry to hear you are having issues. Need to know more on your system. Windows 10 or 11? Start11 version? And you on Start11 Windows 7 style? Also, do you have Windowblinds install and Windowblinds style applied? Thanks Basj, Stardock Community Assistant.
I am using Windows 11 home on a desktop computer. I have no other Stardock products installed.

How to remove this line in Start11. Start11 line across bottom of Menu

I have since discovered that two apps Start11 and Explorer Patcher work great together. Problem with opening the Registry and trying to export a key only happens when both apps are installed and only after I run Disk Cleanup. Yes, I have Registry pinned to both Start11 and the standard Start Menu in Windows 11. Some type of temp file gets removed during the disk cleanup process when both apps are installed. In this case, I opted to uninstall Start11 until this glitch is fixed.

I have always used Windows Disk Cleanup to remove all temp files. However, after installing Start11 on my new computer exporting Keys is broken. When I right click the Key to export the Registry closes, argh! I have to uninstall and reinstall Start11. Next time I run Disk Cleanup exporting Keys is broken again. Can you add some code to Start11 that will not allow it to be broken by running Disk Cleanup? <a title="Exporting Registry Key" href="https://live.staticflickr.com/6553

You guys did a nice job with START11. How about a new app that is even better than the famous Explorer Patcher. EP hides my OSD volume indicator. I like to press the buttons on my keyboard to raise and lower volume but EP breaks the UI. This is my Start11 Menu configuration.

@Jurtaani When first installed the height of the taskbar is like all previous Windows versions, allowing the viewer to see both the time and date on the right. However, there is an adjustment in Explore Patcher that allows the icons and Taskbar to be thinner. That's all I've learned so far about the features in EP. I like my Taskbar thinner and hover the cursor over the time when I want to see the date. <img src="https://cdn.stardock.us/forums/65/34/6534479/4d79a42e-f5e8-4ee8-

Update: (again) I upgraded W10 to W11 but this time I found that Start11 combined with Explorer Patcher brought me as close to a W10 experience as I could hope for. Explorer Patcher at GitHub.com. https://github.com/valinet/ExplorerPatcher/releases/tag/22000.376.40.21_3921927

Quick Launch Area is not addressed in this update. QLA is everything for those of us who started using it years ago. TIA [e digicons]|-)[/e]

I am posting this follow-up opinion on Start11. I am also running Windows 10, again. I enjoy Windows 10 and Start10. I don't see why Start11 has to be so different from Start10. Start10 allowed us to right-click the Start Button and choose Configure. You have to click the W11 Start Button then right-click in an empy area. Not a big deal but why change? I also like the quick configuration settings of Start10 much better than Start11. So back to W10 and Start10 for m

There are certain items that are not accessible if the Start11 button is moved to the left. Please clarify.&nb

You're welcome. I am a Windows Advanced User and conduct remote support as well. What I learn in forums like this one allows me to implement settings and adjustments to others who buy the same products I like to use i.e. Start10, MBAM, eM Client and the list goes on and on. Most definitely we need a Quick Launch Area and access to settings with a right-click on the Taskbar. Or, the return of the Action Center. If Start11 can include these things I think word will spread quickly.

Before I install W11 again I would like to know if Start11 will restore the QLA. Will it also restore the Action Center?

It was unchecked already. So I checked it, unchecked it and one of the fences went away. That works for me. Thanks. :)

I don't use "most recently used" items and therefore do not want them to appear in the Start10 menu. However, the space for MRU is always empty and there is an annoying divider at the bottom of the left side of the menu. I do not have MRU activated in Windows 10 settings. How can I remove this divider (yellow arrow)? Suggestion: Option to remov all dividers if not using MRU.

I cannot find any settings in Start10 to remove that divider. Can you post a Registry Edit that I can use? Yes. I know it's at my own risk. I am good with Windows Registry.

Yes. Even unisntalled and reinstalled Start10 newest version. Also. I downloaded the previous version and reinstalled it. That divider remains, no change.
