Nope, no icon packager or anything else. It's really frustrating to have such inconsistency...it's worked fine before (I installed a new hard drive and am re-installing everything to a nice, clean install).

Am having the same problem...Internet Explorer & Photoshop show wrong icons. Tried changing dock item properties, no luck. Browsed to exe file, can see icon...but dock won't display it. Also noticed sometimes it puts shortcut arrow on dock icon, but isn't consistent.
