Well I uninstalled and reinstalled. Attempted to use his "normal" login/pass that i know..but none are being accepted. So either you guys are right or he used a different login I don't know about. Grrr....guess I'll just remove it for now till he gets back or calls so I can find out! Thanks Urlryn

Sorry...got called into work. hmmmm are you sure this isn't a legit version? My bro was the one that got it for me and installed it. How can I tell if its legit or not? He in the navy and overseas so really can't ask him when/where he purchased till he returns. Urlryn

Everythign was great....not 10mins ago I got a messaage saying new updates from microsoft were ready to download and install. Mostly security updates and Outlook updates. Installed the updates and then it Asked to reboot....so I did. Windows loads up....windowblinds starts too and boom... Everything says unable to load bitmap can't load anythign anymore!
