Clean Boot makes Fences work. What should I do then, on the problematic account (that I want to keep, it's my main account)?

OK I RE-bought Fences 3, thinking it was just a version problem (as my 2.13 license didn't work, oddly) telling myself it would be dishonest to not just have suggested an upgrade to my already bought Fences 2.13 version. I was willing to save time by losing money. Now I lost money too. Can I get a 10,99€ refund for my useless fix attempt?
