If i had only known. I had all kinds of difficulty installing my products since I only had a product key and not a serial number. Little did I know they are the same thing. Many software packages have each so I assumed... I also was greeted with no registration found when attempting to register with my user name and password on the installation screen of the software. Using the "serial number" also fixed that. Stardock - standardize your terminology please.</

I purchased Fences and Modernmix/start8 bundle. Account shows key and receipt. when i try to activate it says not found. any way to manually enter my key. (since support has not answered yet?)
