Hi Again, I re-installed my paid copy of Sound Packager ver. 1.31, clicked on the about tab, but because ver. 1.31 is so old, all I got was a brief description of the Program, but no "Manage Product Keys" button. So I went to my "Downloads" and "Order History" , but SoundPackager ver. 1.31 did not show up, because I think it is too old. So now what do I do? Thanks again for your assistance on this matter. When I opened Sound Packager 10, It froze up and became non-responsive, so I closed it and tried again, with the same result. So I was forced to download and re-install my old copy of Sound Packager version 1.31. However, when I entered its Product Key, it gave me an error message which said "Invalid Product Key/Serial Number", although I was careful to enter all numbers and letters completely.
