This is a feature request which people have been asking Microsoft for at least a decade, but Microsoft does not listen. This leaves you with an opportunity to increase the popularity of Start10. With the widescreen format of most monitors many people like the taskbar vertically on the left or right side. However, the Start button is at the top which is annoying.
