Since the W10 anniversary update, the standard Windows Start icon is visibly underneath the Start10 icon. In Start10 select the "Windows (tm) 10" icon or the "Start10" icon and you will see something is underneath, well at least on my PC. Edit: Above claim is false. I was confused by a (semi-transparent) part of my browser window that was overlapping the Start icon. Apologies for any misunderstandigs I may have caused.

In version 1.02 of Start10 the Power button control does not function well for two of the possible options. If I select Sleep, I get Shut down. If I select Hibernate, I get Shut down. The other options (log off, change user, lock, etc) act as expected. I noticed the Windows Explorer shows different version numbers for start8.exe and other relevant files. Wouldn't it make more sense if these would state the proper version number i.e. 1.16, thus avoiding confusion to simple mortals like us, as well as software update monitoring tools like SuMo? Maybe something worth looking into for the next update? Cheers, Stephan
Hi, I was wondering if it'd be possible to implement a tri-state behaviour for Windows Key: If we're in de Desktop, then switch to Windows 8 start menu If we're in a Windows 8 App, then switch to the Windows 8 Start menu If we're in the Windows 8 Start menu, then switch to the Desktop This would make so much sense to me and do proper justice to both working environments.
