Well, despite the lack of answers to my questions, I went ahead and purchased the Pro version. It is a long way from perfect as I cannot use Microsoft Office Word on my Windows 10 secondary computer, the Start menu is still more or less non-functioning, the copy and paste function is sketchy and a couple of other issues. I was unable to copy the text from a Word document on my Windows 11 primary computer and paste into an HTM Office Frontpage document on my Windows 10 secondary co

That was the clarity I needed. I think I understood that I need KVM mode, but wanted to confirm. And this also means I cannot move the cursor to the right, but the secondary computer is actually a "window" on my primary computer. Correct? Do you have any thoughts on why I could not use copy and paste from primary to secondary this morning when I was converting a document to HTML for publishing on a website? And yes, I have "share the clipboard" selected. <

So, it's now been a week since this was referred to Stardock Support with no response. Now I am trying to convert a document to HTML on the Windows 10/secondary computer and the copy/paste is not working. And yes, I have "share clipboard" selected. As my 30 day trial is fast approaching, if I don't get some answers here, I'm going to assume this software will not work for my situation and try to find some other solution.

I still haven't gotten any answers here or been contacted by anyone. I need to decide soon if I am going to purchase this software or not as my 30 day trial is running out.

No. My primary is attached to my 27" ASUS monitor. My secondary is not connected to any monitor. I originally had a physical KVM switch, but was instructed to disconnect everything from that device. As a side note, if I'm not careful, I will "lose" my cursor off in no man's land on the right! So I know the option is there, it just doesn't pick up on the secondary computer. So, can I assume the only way this option is possible is by having the secondary co

Windows 11 25H2 for primary computer on the left. Windows10 22H2 for the secondary computer on the right. I am using the trial version to see if this software will be what I need. Set it up in Seamless, but the only way I seem to be able to get to the secondary computer is by double clicking the secondary computer tile in KVM connection.

So, my setup is two desktops, both gamers which I built myself. Primary is on the floor on my left and secondary is on the floor to my right. I cannot use moving the cursor to the right to get to that secondary computer. I keep seeing something about them needing to be on the "desktop." Does that mean physically on the desktop? There is no way this very large mid-tower ATX will fit on top of my desk! So, is that why I can use the cursor to the right side of

So, I unplugged all computers from the KVM switch. A slight improvement on secondary computer in that I could interact with the Start menu programs and tiles, but they were still displayed the same. And when I tried to move a tile, the screen went black and everything froze up. I tried Excel on the secondary and everything was perfect, but again, Word did not display, nor could I edit a document. When I plugged that computer directly into the monitor, everything worked

I didn't think about that - yes, the monitor is still connected to the physical KVM. I will disconnect both computers from it and see what happens. I am on my primary Windows 11 computer and both Start menu and Word are fine. If I go over to the Windows 10 computer is when I run into issues.

Hi, Neil and hopefully I can explain this correctly. This is a 30 day trial version while I figure out if this software will work for me. Primary is new Windows 11 and secondary is older Windows 10. I built both systems myself. I have a physical KVM switch and it works fine for the 27" ASUS monitor. However, my Razer Chroma keyboard and mouse do not work on it. On my primary computer these are the screens. I don't seem to be able to move my mouse

And here is what I get when I open up Word. This is Microsoft Office Word 2019. I had to type in a search so I could pin it to the task bar as I can't interact with the Start menu to open it from there. It opens in a blank page. When I opened an email Word file attachment, it opened with only the visible part on the screen and I couldn't scroll down to the rest of the document or do any editing. So far all my other programs seem to work although I haven't tried a

Thank you, Basj. Maybe I wasn't clear enough. On the secondary Windows 10 computer, my mouse and keyboard work just fine with the exception of the Start menu and Word. Once I got the programs I needed to edit and upload information to be published at the website I help manage, I was able to edit photos, navigate on the internet, use my desktop etc. The Windows 10 Start menu was even not displaying correctly. The list of programs on the left was so tiny they cou

Still trying to figure everything out with a free trial, although this sure seems like it's going to be what I need. I got a KVM switch which works fine with my 27" monitor, but neither of my RAZER Chroma mouse or keyboard will work on the switch. Windows 11 is primary and Windows 10 is secondary. I can switch from primary to secondary with no problems. I can use monitor, keyboard and mouse just fine. However, I found I cannot use the Start button menu
