Kryo, looking for some help here. im new to the impulse universe. i only have gal civ ultimate edition, and ive already had some issues that i think ive resolved. i couldnt update impulse and i read through the forums and succeeded in uninstalling and reinstalling a newer version. i found that there is an update available. im using version1.97 of the game and impulse says 2.03 is available. so i go to update it and it says that... you have not entered regestration info for this g
