Hi - Just had to have a new hard drive installed on my secondary computer and now Multiplicity only works on that machine when I have a wired mouse plugged in. I use a wireless mouse and keyboard on the primary and want to use it on the secondary too but no success unless a wireless mouse is also plugged in. Did not have this problem with the old hard drive. Anybody have any ideas of how to fix this? Thanks in advance for any help you can provide.
Thanks. Actually, it was easier than I thought it would be to fix the problem. Although I had restarted the computer before, I restarted it a second time and the problem was solved.
Although the mouse cursor is fine on the 2 secondary machines, the arrow does not appear on the primary anymore. Not sure what happened but yesterday I gave in and allowed an update of Windows 10 on my primary computer and am thinking that may be the problem. Can you help? It is driving me crazy. Thank you in advance.
