I am utterly unimpressed by this company and its tech support. I purchased Object Desktop for my son at Christmas and Impulse will not work on his machine. He was able to install Windows Blinds trial version which is why he wanted to upgrade to the Object Desktop. Support closed two tickets on me because I did not reply within 24hrs to an email which is totally ridiculous. I was able to get the ticket back open and support has not gotten back to me in over a week. They basically stated my son
