OK had the the problem where my fences would not show side scroll bars and i couldn't move fenced icons as a group because there where no fence to drag. I uninstalled Desk Scapes reinstalled it it worked great for a while, the problem i had, appeared a couple of days ago and I wasn't feeling in the mood to reinstall so i used DSFix.exe in C:\Program Files (x86)\Stardock\Object Desktop\DeskScapes3 and guess what it fixed it for
