Any word on a resolution? Should I contact my credit card company and tell them that the product license key was never delivered? Joe
And I have not yet received an activation key. Yes I submitted requests using the direct support email as well as submitted using the online form. Have not heard back, I do not see the new key in the license email list as well. The online form reports back to me that there is some sort of fraud situation. Can someone escalate this please and call me back? I simply want my activation key.
