Still haven't received any assistance on this. I did submit a support ticket and have not heard anything back. What would be my next steps here?

Yes, the secondary has a monitor. Two monitors, actually, but I disabled the second one during testing to rule that out.
Here is a recording of what happens when the secondary is the same resolution as the primary. Either the entire screen is black, or there are scrollbars on the side which all lead to more black. The mouse problem is still happening, but worse now. Any ideas?

Hello, I just purchased an upgrade to KVM Pro, but I'm noticing an issue when I use KVM to connect to a secondary computer. The visual mouse cursor does not line up with the actual mouse, so I have to guess where I am clicking. It looks like it is correct at the bottom-left of the screen, but the further out I go, the further the cursor drifts. Here is a video of the problem. I don't know
