I have been happily using almost all Stardock products for over 10 years. Everything was fine until I upgraded from Windows 10 to Windows 11. Now I am having problems with at least 4 of your programs. The most serious was that every time I ran file explorer Fences would crash my computer. I had just installed Fences 4. No change. I am now concerned because the last time I had to shut off the computer because of this it entered disk repair during

The list in this link is over 6 months old. Has anything changed. I am running most of your products and this is the only problem that I have encountered so far. I recently installed Windows 11. Everything up to date as of 1/19/22. When I change the taskbar to large the top of the window where the - box X reside is very thin and almost cannot not be clicked on. Also sometime the text in the window at the very top cannot be read.

Dude, I did exactly what you said above. I have the exact same problem except the purge deleted most of my two dozen animated screens. The ones that are still there do not work as they did before -they are worse. That k-lite deleted a lot of codexes that were already on my computer. New to windows 10 since January. For the most part Start10 works just fine. The search bar at the bottom of Start10 finds very few of the many words that I am positive are in my computer (like my name). Most everything that I have is on partitions B:,E:,& F. Thanks Dude, I tried your suggestion and loaded and executed the full pack. Tried Deskscape and same missing codec problem. The k-lite Full pack also downloaded a cleaner program and a driver program. Uninstalled both of these completely with Revo uninstaller. I got a list of the codecs but none of them were Roxio Sonic Cine Player Decoder Pack. Searched this with Google. Found several site to download them from. Most seamed a little fishy to me. When trying to load an animated desktop I get this message - Cannot install the sonic one player decoder pack. subsequent windows will not go away and I have to reboot. Microsoft has just announced a new OS visual that is going to be released with the fall Creative release of Windows 10. It is called "Fluent Design" which was formerly "Neon". My renewal is coming up in a month and I would like to know if Stardock products will support this new feature. It seams that MS is trying to make this the new look of its system. Inquiring minds want to know.

I have Windows 8.1 update and run Object dock 2.20.0.862 The accessibility is "pinned to the desktop". When I launch a program from the dock it appears above the window that it just launched. It does not do this if I launch programs from the taskbar. Can you please tell me how to fix this?

The title says it all. On first screen when I click or move slider turning WindowsFX features "ON" it stays "ON" for less that 30 seconds and then turns itself "OFF". What is happening? What happens if I ignore this? I have not tried to do anything else with this because I may be going to waste my time if it is broken. Your help is appreciated.

Thank you for your input But: I also got the Svelt theme by vStyer at the same time. It was updated 11/26/2014. When I go to download it again from My Downloads it give the file name as "Svelt for XP, Vista, and 7". The latest Svelt theme specifically states that it was updated for windows 8 Even though it also states "Latest version" at the top shouldn't it also mention 8 if it was a current download file?

I solved the problem by searching the web and finding gadgets that had preferences where you can set "on desktop" or "on bottom" I found a good site http://www.adni18.com/gallery/index.php with a lot of good looking gadgets. Norton choked when I tried to install their weather gadget. Has anyone else had experiences with this site? Is it legit? Deskscapes is now running and looking good.

I have wenstep "modules" (eg ram meter) that are unaffected by this. Just the micosoft supported ones. my gadgets are standard like clock calendar and weather. These animated screen were gorgeous. Damn I hate to give them up. I hope there will be a fix for this.

Same thing here. Exactly except I have only one monitor and run home premium. My effects start withing minutes after rebooting and running programs I will have to uninstall it until a fix comes out. Sorry about that because the animation were really cool. On the bright side I did not pay any money for the better animations. Follow up. I used Revo Uninstaller Pro. After the normal uninstall it found 172 other items to delete. Also fixed: None of my windows 7 window manipulations worded eg move to the edge and get 1/2 screen. Shake to minimize other windows. Max window when moved to top. Also fixed: I had installed window Fx 4 around the first of the year. There was a band of heavy black lines when I moved any window on the desktop. This conti
