Dohohoh, I'm having a similiar problem, but know exactly how to fix it. Since this is my first time using this software, I accidentaly registered my game to the wrong email account by mistyping one character . So now I can't get at my patches until this is sorted out, and likely some pleb has my serial key. >:C
