Yea, looks like it. But wasn't sure if this was changable.

I am talking about the actual logon, not the bootskin. The blue color scheme can be changed so that the 'blue outline' can be several different colors, which i have changed, but that doesnt effect the blue border on the logon screen.

Hello, I made myself a custom logon screen to find out that the default color scheme still remains the same, and it doesnt fit. How can I changed it from the default blue to a different color, such as gray or black? Sorry for the bad image quality, but the blue on the edges of my User Photo is what i am talking about.
