Same as this time. I go to play them, they say they need to update, I click update, they uninstall, then I never hear anything again. So I ticket SD, they did something (been a while, I don't recall what exactly) which allows me to re-download and re-install the games, which are updated due to them being the most recent version. They then work until they need to update again. Lather, Rinse, Repeat.

Yes, I have indeed done that. However when requesting the information, I am send the infor pertaining to this account, not the one that I no longer have access to. I believe this is because the games were origanally bought on that account, so they do not show up as being registered to this one, even tho the two were merged. I can't simply have the information email sent from the other account, because I no longer have that email address.
