When using my remote terminal program (SecureCRT) and I switch away from the application, going back to it often brings it to the top of the desktop, but the task bar is still "dimmed" like it is not active and I cannot access the application (no typing, etc). I can drag it around and so forth, but I cannot make it active again without terminating the application and restarting it. Attempting to resize it creates a "resized" faint square around it, and the displayed application windo

I can change the location by entering the zip code, but I cannot find a way to make it stick...Every time I boot the computer it comes back with the MI location. How do I permanently set my location?
