The suggestion by [I][B]aufisch [/B][/I]was 100% successful in getting my installation past this awful window. I had been waiting for the solution and the trouble ticket did not resolve it. I am glad I kept watching the posts since I knew the solution should appear. To Stardock: Immediately solve this problem by linking to Stardock Central for the download rather than emailing a link that gives the stand alone installer since it is obviously the problem. Jim
