thankyou for your help, when i click safe mode it comes up with lots of files and then stoppes on one file, Thanks in advance Thomas EDIT: Is there a way to recover (the thing under accessory > system tool) with out booting up windows (maybe from the windows xp disk?)?
Hi i just installed LogonStudio and BootSkin, i restarted and booted up windows, the mac (the skin i wanted) boot loader came up, i waited for 10 mins and still did not work, so i renamed vidstub.sys to vidstub.sys.old through Ubuntu, the i booted up windows and the normal windows xp home started to load, waited for 10 mins and still did not work. I have tried safe mode and that dose not work.Is there any thing i can do (using ubuntu)? Thanks in advance. Thomas
