The following fixed the same issue with the My Videos folder (and also displayed it in Icon Packager). I used the newest version of TweakUi (v. 2.10 free from Microsoft), choose Repair at the bottom of the tree, clicked the arrow in the drop-down and choose My Music, My Pictures and My Video.

I get this as well with Ironjer's AeroGlass. I place my taskbar at the top of the screen though...I know, strange. Nonetheless, is there a way to code or force a graphic (in this case the start button) so that the layer order is always on top? Seems to me that would alleviate this issue.
