What I'd like to do with WindowBlinds is have a skin that either removes or at least significantly changes the mouse hover highlight color of items in Windows Vista Explorer. To explain, when in Explorer, items that have been selected will highlight in blue, but also any item currently under my mouse also highlights in almost the same blue, so it sometimes is confusing at a quick glance as to which item is selected and what isn't.
