How did you set up your regular email then? It's the same thing. If you're using Hotmail, it won't work for those. Email checkers work with standard POP servers, not Internet email systems.
Frogboy
That is very odd. You tried a .suite and what does it do? Not sure what you mean about ads.
That's odd. I wonder what is different about BlueCurve.
Have you tried excluding it?
I'll have to ask about that. It usually works by checking the registry. You may need to reboot first.
Thanks for the update. We'll have to either find a way around that or exclude it by default.
Thanks.
Could you describe tis with a bit more detail?
You download DesktopX from www.desktopx.net .
Most MS Office apps dont' have menu bars. What they have instead are toolbars that have text instead of icon buttons on them. There's no way to hide them.
You will want to contact support@stardock.com . Unnstalling IconPackager should restore your icons.
I don't think that's goign to be enough information to really help you. It sounds like you have a particular theme or .dxpack that is not compatible on your system.
What precisely is using up the memory? Which process?
They're being worked on. We hope to have a new beta soon.
Great feedback guys! Thanks!
checking into this.
This won't be officially announced until next week but for those of you who take the time to check out the forums..
Stay tuned. New ObjectBar build went up tonight. At this point, we need feedback desperately. We think we're pretty close to being there. At this point we're looking more for bugs to squash to get 2.0 out the door.
If you're setting up a public kiosk app you would probably want to get DesktopX Enterprise because it has all kinds of security features in there and is designed for kiosks: https://www.stardock.com/products/desktopxenterprise/
If you have a widget you want or are trying to make a widget and need some help, let us know and we can see what info we can provide to make things easier.
bump.
Well without feedback from its users, don't count on it making much progress. It's working pretty well here.
The new beta was put up yesterday.
This screen is going to go go through some surgery in the next couple of weeks.
