System Tray

I am having a problem where my system tray icons go away when ever I load Objectbar. I click the expand button and it just changes icons for expanded and not expanded but I still do not see my system tray at all. Any ideas?

Reduce the taskbar to it's minimum, then go back to normal. Does that fix it?

I also have a problem with getting my systemtray to work!


Actually one of my main reasons for trying both OB and OD WAS to get a possibility to control the systemtray now as a Win 2K user - F... it dosn´t work


The systemtray is simple EMPTY!
ObjectDock - Access shortcuts and frequently used applications from an animated dock.

Do you have SDC? If so, do you have enable systray support checked in SDC settings?

I have Stardock Central (just downloaded again). I only have ObjectBar downloaded besides SDC.


But what do you mean by enabling systray support (I have 'Enabled MCP smartStartup' and 'Enabled MCP Notification Area Support') - is it this you mean


I can also see from some other threads around in this forum something about Trayserver.Exe - I have searched my computer and only found a CloseTrayserver.exe

this.  It's used by OD, OB and DTX to pull in systray info
