i tired to create a fleet with two ships (both decked out with missile medium size) and what ended up happening was one ship became a fleet of its own and the other ship didnt join it. i had research advanced logistics. the two ships were 8 of 8 when it came to logistics points and creating a fleet. anyone else with this problem?
