When I clicked on the link in the email that was sent from Stardock, it said the post was gone.  I was not able to locate it, even in my message center.

Also, there was nothing "cryptic" about my message.  It was simple and straight forward.  I need the W9 for your company.  I need the AR contact.

I'm TRYING to get your software approved through Lexion so it can possibly be used as an enterprise level service for all business units owned by our parent company.

Can't get anyone on the phone.  Loop-di-loop for any option selected.  A 2-minute phone call would have resolved this by now.  But instead, I have to waste more time creating another post because the first one was deleted.   

Unbelievably frustrating -- especially when it could possibly bring your company more money.
