Just Renewed Object Desktop Today (01/22) then Found where Fastspring is going to Charge me on 01/24

I just Renewed Object Desktop today (01/22).

A few minutes ago I saw an email where Fastspring is going to charge me on 01/24.

How do I stop the Fastspring charge?

 

Parts of my account are under 2 different emails but I did not know if I should put them here.

Remember to record down the ticket number for future reference if needed. Do not raise multiple ticket, that will make your ticket back to the end of the line. Send once and wait.
