Import Settings from Old Computer/Migrate Settings

Is there a way to import the exact settings from the old computer to the new one?

I need this so badly.

From what I know there is no simple way to backup your Groupy setting. Perhaps you can use the registry key mentioned here: https://forums.stardock.com/520379/
