Was it a one time error or can you reproduce it?

First time after installation it works fine after that I change my computer username and reinstall it again it is giving this error , tried many times to uninstall it and reinstall the same error

Try creating a new Windows Administrator (<-Important) account on your PC and trying to install under it:
