Blank icons with Fences 6

I posted this on another thread but was told to start a new thread....

Some Icons inside a Fence are only white/blank, i.e., no graphics.  Mostly they seem to be Microsoft Apps, e.g., Teams, Notepad, Paint, Snipping Tool.  It seems to progress, a few days ago I only had one blank icon but today it is seven.

Windows 11 Home Version 24H2 (OS Build 26.100.4484) (as reported by winver.exe)

Fences Version 6.00

The problem started right after install v6, everything was fine with v5.

I see other, recent reports of this problem.

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. First, to make sure Fences was properly install. Please try purge and reinstall steps as mention here : [Link]. Just make sure to re-download the latest version from your account page. Reboot after the purge. Reinstall and reboot again after the installation. Retest and report back here.

If you still see this after an install, is there unique about where the apps are installed (network drive, for example)?

 

If when you see it, if you restart Windows Explorer, does it resolve it?

 

Do you have any other desktop altering software installed, DisplayFusion for example?  If you do, and disable it, does it resolve?
