DesktopX 2.1 - Reports

Has anyone else found problems with version 2.1?
The most annoying to me is that I tend to use themes with bottom bars but when I boot-up, at first the bar doesn't appear but if I then load the same theme,it does appear.
Could be something I'm doing wrong I suppose.

I'm using 2.10a.022 and am having no issues, but then again the only thing I'm using it for is IconX and one weather object.

Yes, I've noticed that sometimes on first loading objects the scripts don't appear to respond. If I then subsequently restart dx everything works as it should.

Also I've noticed some strange behaviours on object deletion. If I choose yes to d e l e t e (excuse the spacing, WC seems not to like this word atm) related objects too, random objects in other groups mysteriously vanish. I have experimented with this, checked and dbl checked all depedancies, groups and parent/child relationships, object IDs and so forth, it just appears to be a gremlin.

I third that. I've had exactly what gef described happening to me. It's really annoying to have to reload a theme everytime you start DX because it doesn't load properly the first time.

And I've had the problem of Tiggz when for example, I change the property of a object from 'normal' to 'always on top', it sometimes the object altogether on reload... weird.

Oh, latest version (beta) of DX installed here...

Edit: There was an update a few days ago (a new beta), but the problems were present in the last 2 versions of DX on SDC.

I'm using version 2.19e and the only issue I have is when I'm running iconX and click on a file to delete the image it stays there until I refresh the whole screen. This never use to happen before.

I have had similiar problems. I am using 2.10a, that I updated the 15th of May. I am still having problems after the update. The objects will be loacted in different areas of the desktop on the restart of Windows (XP SP1). It was really annoying at first, I spend long time configuring an really cool thme by [gef] and afterwards i restarded my windows and everything was all over the desktop. I reloaded it from desktopx and wallah, everything was fine..... This only happend when I restart or log off.... oddly, going into hibernation allows me to return as is.... any ideas....????
