Set aside 'advanced' for a moment, uncheck it.  Are you able to make a successful connection to the Secondary?

If not, please start here

Hello - I'm having the same issue - and yes checking off advanced does work.

Next steps?

Using the middle mouse wheel in and out will allow you to see more of the grid.  Once you can see the other PCs monitors, you should be able to drag them where you want them.  Is that the case?

Did you get a resolution for this - I've just ran into, what appears to be, exactly the same issue?

Mike, I am going to need more help \ feedback than you are providing...

Are you able to see the Secondary when not using Advanced mode?

If not, that's the problem that needs solving 1st.

If you do see it, when you switch to Advanced, does any zoning out \ moving show it?  Example:

https://cdn.stardock.us/support/uploads/MultiplicityConfig_2025-05-29_09-47-33SeanDrohan.mp4

If you try to add the Secondary again there, does it then show?

Are you certain you are using the EXACT same version of MP4 on each PC?

Sorry Sean, I didn't go into more detail as I have this thread for my own issue on the go - https://forums.stardock.com/536218/page/1/#3969023

Any update on that one would be appreciated as I've taken it as far as my knowledge will allow, seems to be an issue with stacking monitors rather than having a side by side arrangement, maybe.

I was not aware of the double posting.
