I believe the error is all mine. I've been using the program incorrectly and it's almost worked.
It was and remains my intent for all the menus to be icon driven, meaning; each group has its own singular base icon and when clicked, it opens to show all of the file, program, website icons I have dragged and dropped onto the main icon.
My main page, therefore, as you've seen it, is a collection of groupings but NOT "GROUPS", as Start11 Groups need and use (as you've said) TITLES, not icons.
Somehow, I (over a year ago?) discovered this workaround. Because it worked, I treated it and expected it to work as if the program was written to include its steps. It did, but only to a point as we've been discussing.
Now, with this understanding, I do not think I can ultimately and reliably do what I want to do with this program.
Thoughts, pelaird?
